- 1 Tbs Cream, MCT oil, coconut oil or grass-fed butter
- 1/2 tsp Stevia
Pero or Postum:
- 1 Tbs Pero or Postum power
- 1 Tbs Cream MCT oil, coconut oil or grass-fed butter
- 1/2 tsp Stevia
Directions
Coffee:
- Brew coffee as usual
- Add cream or MCT oil, coconut oil or grass-fed butter to taste
- Sweeten to taste with stevia, erythritol or monk fruit (I choose these sweeteners because they have no impact on blood sugar levels).
